Thank you for your interest in applying for the Part-Time Shopkeeper position at Johnny and June!

 

We're looking for one individual to fill a part-time, but very impactful position as Shopkeeper working between 15-20 hours a week.

 

Must be available weekends. Responsibilities and hours have room to increase along with pay, based on the needs of the shop.

 

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers, offering assistance and going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience every time
• Processing incoming inventory and merchandising
• Cleaning and maintaining a very organized shop, backstock and check stand
• Communicating well to ensure the shop continues to run smoothly, stays stocked, and that all customer needs are met in a timely manner
• Making fun TikTok videos and taking product photos (experience not required) to increase shop traffic and spread brand awareness

 

Looking for someone who is/has:

• Knowledge of Shopify POS, or similar platform like Square, preferred but not required
• Retail or customer facing experience, preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and inclusive mindset
• Outgoing and motivated
• Energetic and friendly personality
• Dependable and confident in working both independently and as part of a small team
